We use this information to fill orders, to contact buyers if we have a question
on their order, and to send email with special offers.

We promise not to rent, sell, or loan any email addresses, mailing addresses,
personal or financial information collected from any of our customers to any
third parties. At My Waterproof Case, we only collect this personal information
so we can communicate with our customers, and provide you with the highest level
of service possible.

Security
All online transactions at My Waterproof Case are handled with industry-standard
128-bit SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order
form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form,
then decoded when it gets to us. When your charge appears on your credit card
statement, it will appear as a charge from My Waterproof Case.
Prices
Prices for any of our products are subject to change. Prices are effective at
the time of posting and supersede the prices of previous postings. Please
understand, in order to offer the best prices possible, we do require a minimum
order value of at least $25.00 (before shipping charges and free items).
Shipping Charges
All orders being shipped by ground, inside the continental United States will
ship for FREE via UPS Ground Service. Orders outside the US and/or orders shipping by a method other than ground,
will vary in price according to weight and location. Learning your shipping fee
is not difficult. First, you can select the items you want to purchase by
putting them in your cart. Then begin to place your order and enter your ship-to
address. All available shipping options will be listed. As you select
each shipping option, the freight charges will instantly appear next to your
selection. So you may toggle between different shipping options until you find
the service level and price that fits you best. This will all happen before you
ever enter any billing information, and you can cancel the order at this point
if you are not happy with the shipping fee. Shipping into any foreign countries
may include additional duties and/or taxes, as required by the import country.
If such fees are required by your country, these fees are not included in the
freight costs, and all such additional fees are completely the responsibility of
the product recipient.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All items are stocked in our warehouse. Product availability is shown when you
put the item in your shopping cart. All in-stock orders entered by 1pm EST will
ship out on the same business day. Orders entered after 1pm EST will ship on the
following business day. Orders entered over the weekend, will ship out on
Monday. If you choose, you may place an order for an "out-of-stock" item and you
will not be billed until your order ships. Orders may be shipped by Ground,
3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, or Next-Day Air. Our current domestic shipping supplier is
UPS. Please note: UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday as standard shipping
days for Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next-Day Air packages. When using a Next-Day
Air shipping method please remember your Next-Day air package (just like any
other delivery method) will not ship out until the following business day, if it
is entered after 1pm EST.
Sales Tax
All orders will ship tax FREE.
Backorders
Backorders will occur occasionally. If your merchandise is not in stock, we will
keep you informed on the status of your backordered item(s). Your credit card
will not be charged until your merchandise has shipped.
Returning Merchandise
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any
merchandise in a new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt, for a full
credit, refund, or exchange, but first you MUST send an
e-mail with your intent, before you return the merchandise. We will then
e-mail you back with a Return Authorization Number that you must apply to the
outside of the package before you return the shipment. Products not in a new and
unused condition are not eligible for return. Product returned without prior
return authorizations or without noted return authorization numbers are subject
to a 15% re-stocking fee. Original freight charges, and your return freight
costs, are not refundable unless required due to a product manufacturing defect.
Errors
We do our best to make sure that all of the information on our web site is
completely true and accurate. However, the time may come where there is an error
on our site. Any errors are subject to correction. We will do our best to be
completely fair and honest regarding any site error, and appreciate your
understanding.
