Prices
Prices for any of our products may change without notice. Please
note, to help us offer the best prices possible, we require a minimum
order value to receive FREE shipping of at least $25.00 (before shipping charges and free items).
Shipping Charges
All orders over $25.00 (before shipping charges and free items) being shipped by
ground, inside the continental United States will ship for FREE via UPS Ground
Service. Orders outside the US (Hawaii and Alaska) and/or orders shipping by a
method other than ground, will vary in price based on their weight and location.
Sales Tax
All orders will ship tax FREE.
Returning Merchandise
If you are not happy with your order, you may return any
item in new and resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of your order, for a full
refund (less any shipping fees), or exchange it for another item. To make a
return, please send us an
e-mail with your request before you return the merchandise. We will reply
via
email with a Return Authorization Number that we ask you affix to the
outside of the shipping package that you will be sending us. Products not in a new and
resalable condition may not be returned. Product returned without receiving a
RA# first will not be received by our warehouse and refused. Your return freight
costs are not refundable.
